Legal

Contest runs from April 4 until midnight August 1, 2008. One entry per person. Open to residents of Canada and the US only. Employees of the Regina Conventions & Tradeshow team, and members of their immediate families, are not eligible. Winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries on Monday, August 4, 2008. Prize must be accepted as awarded, no cash value, and non-transferable. Prize will include return airfare for two to Regina from anywhere in Canada or the US, accommodation for two at the Radisson Plaza Hotel Saskatchewan, and tickets for two to the Canadian Comedy Awards & Festival from October 2-5, 2008. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to Tourism Regina’s use of their name, photograph and statements made by them in any and all media, for all legitimate business purposes including advertising and promotional activities, without additional compensation. By accepting the prize, the winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claims to be caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. If any correspondence of the sweepstakes judge or any prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner.
