ONLY IN REGINA.

Regina’s size and the proximity of event venues to a variety of experiences is a true competitive advantage that few other cities in North America can offer. Delegates will notice that there is more time to experience the city instead of spending it in transit.

Below are just a few of the unique features that make Regina a special place to work, play and grow.

RCMP HERITAGE CENTRE

Immerse yourself in the rich history of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) at the RCMP Heritage Centre, dedicated to showcasing the story of Canada’s national police force. Situated on RCMP Academy, Depot Division land, where Mounties have trained since 1885. The Centre is on the path to becoming Canada’s newest national museum.

WASCANA CENTRE

Known as one of North America's largest urban parks, Wascana Centre in Regina surpasses the size of both Central Park in New York and Stanley Park in Vancouver. This beautifully landscaped park surrounds Wascana Lake in the heart of the city, offering something for everyone. Discover its rich history through various guided or self-guided tours, enjoy the walking and running paths, and explore some of Regina's top attractions.

REGINA-STYLE PIZZA

Did you know that Regina is well-known for its “Regina-style” pizza? Thick crust, slightly sweet tomato sauce, and piled high with layers of meat, veggies and LOTS of cheese cut into a defining square slice. It’s famous for a reason. Not only do people from across Canada routinely call to have pizza shipped to them in places like Vancouver, Toronto, Alaska and even Florida, it’s a popular culinary treat among locals and visitors.

OVER THE HILL ORCHARD & WINERY

Regina’s size means it’s quick and easy to get out of town. A short drive northwest of the city presents an award winning orchard and winery at Over the Hill Orchards. Host VIP guests at “Supper in the Orchard”, a unique prairie dining experience. The orchard grows Dwarf Sour Cherries (Prairie Cherries™) which have been cultivated by the University of Saskatchewan for over 70 years. Enjoy them in a variety of local products, including wine of course! Open seasonally.

REGINA GLOBE THEATRE

Regina’s Globe Theatre is Canada’s only permanent theatre in the round and welcomes more than 70,000 patrons each year. Featuring two stages, a 406 seat theatre in the round main stage, and a 100 seat black box space. The Globe is the province’s largest performing arts organization. It is currently undergoing a $30 million dollar renovation and will re-open in the fall of 2024.

GOVERNMENT HOUSE

Government House stands proudly as a National Historic Site and Provincial Heritage Property, boasting a rich collection of over 10,000 artifacts dating back to the late 1800s.
