Regina Hotel Association Announces New President & CEO
The Regina Hotel Association (RHA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Sandra Jackle as their new President & Chief Executive Officer, effective August 14, 2024.
“On behalf of the RHA, we are thrilled to welcome Sandra as the new President and CEO of the Regina Hotel Association,” said Jennifer Fontaine, Chair of the RHA Board. “Sandra brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record bidding on and hosting events which will be instrumental in steering our Association towards achieving greater heights. Her leadership will be vital in realizing our vision for Regina as a premier destination for events.”
Sandra is a distinguished leader with extensive experience across various sectors, including government, non-profit, private industry and education. She currently serves as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Regina Exhibition Association Limited (REAL), where she oversees one of Canada’s largest sport, entertainment, and event complexes.
“I am deeply honored and thrilled to join the Regina Hotel Association as its new President and CEO,” said Jackle. “This is an exciting time for Regina’s hospitality industry and I am eager to work with our dedicated members, partners, and the community. Together, we will focus on strategic partnerships, and strong advocacy to position Regina as a premier destination, bidding on and hosting events and bringing visitors to Regina. The Board of Directors expresses its sincere appreciation and gratitude to Tracy Fahlman for her long-standing 15 years of dedication to our Association. Tracy has been an integral part of the RHA, demonstrating exceptional leadership, integrity, and commitment throughout her tenure. Under her guidance, the RHA has achieved remarkable milestones, fostering growth and prosperity for our members and the tourism industry in Regina. We wish Tracy all the best in her forthcoming retirement.
Sandra Jackle Biography
Sandra has a Master of Science in Kinesiology, focusing on Consumer Behavior and Marketing in Sport from the University of Regina. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional strategic leadership, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving significant economic impact through major events and tourism initiatives. Sandra has been recognized by the University of Regina with the Kinesiology & Health Distinguished Alumni Award and multiple scholarships recognizing her academic and professional excellence.
